To reinforce its commitment, the design of the company’s state-of-the art manufacturing facility adopted lean manufacturing principles including performance-improvement methods meant to enhance throughput and cut waste. The plant boasts facility-wide air filtering for continual recirculation, reduced water consumption as well as wastewater and external exhaust. It also recycles water from the buoyancy test pool to cool the resin tank reservoirs used in the manufacturing process. Flotation Technologies takes all efforts to minimize any effect on the immediate environment.
